How do I access your services if I live interstate or overseas?

We have clients that require Aged Care advice for themselves or family members all across Australia and the globe. With today’s technology, we are able to provide advice to anyone that has phone and or access to a computer. Where there is the need for a personal face to face meeting, this can be arranged, (an additional cost will be incurred for this). However, we have found that the majority of our work can be completed remotely.

How much does it cost to get Aged Care Advice?

We provide a range of services based on the needs of each individual client. The cost to provide these services is therefore based on how much or little advice is required. Unfortunately, until we understand your personal circumstances it is difficult to provide a definite cost for our services. Any cost and fees that are payable will be fully outlined and agreed to by you before any payment is requested. After an initial phone call, we will have a better idea of what advice you require and what the associated costs are.
